To develop and offer academic and professional programme leading to the award of postgraduate degree which emphasize planning, adaptive, technical, maintenance, developmental and productive skills in Engineering, scientific, agricultural, medical and allied professional disciplines with the aim of producing socially mature personnel with capability not only to understand, use and adapt existing technology but also to improve and develop new ones.
